This is difficult for me as long time customer. But things have dropped off... significantly in quality. And I expect the owners won't care. But the quality of the food has really really declined. They used to have THE BEST pork chop suey. And the last time I ordered it is was dry and a completely different prepared version. The gravy was brown and watery rather than the glossy, flavorful clear wonderful sauce. And the egg rolls were the ones to beat in the area. Now they are average and while they did add a slight slight amount of cinnamon in the past and it worked....they have been adding WAY too much of it now and the roll is smaller. Now I know things change and that is a given. But this is too drastic, and the staff is so unfriendly now. As if you are bothering them when calling up to order. The gal working the orders kept rushing me off the phone before I finished my order. This has happened more than once. And so...Happy Garden, we had a good run, but her ends our relationship. I am pretty sad about it to be honest.

I couldn't wait to try Happy Garden due to the good reviews. Absolutely disappointed. I ordered sesame chicken and shrimp fried rice. $2.00 upcharge to add shrimp to the rice, and maybe there were 6 shrimp added. The sesame chicken was dry and lacked sauce. The egg roll was good but only Duck Sauce came with it in a tiny packet. Accustomed to receiving plum sauce with an egg roll and it cost extra. I ordered inside and service was very quick, the food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The inside is not for sitting down and having a meal it's more of a takeout place.

Ordered (2) orders of Almond Chicken, Fried Rice and Egg Rolls take out. My first time experience at Happy Garden. My opinion Almond Chicken and Egg Roll very good. Not too pleased with Fried Rice, not bad but not superior either. My friend loved her entire meal and repeatedly raved about it over and over again. Overall food tasty with generous portions and reasonably priced. Thank you…

This was my first time here and I had a little trouble finding it but Google led me right to the door. Service was fast and friendly. The food was terrific with the exception of the sesame chicken. To me it was too sweet but the wife loved it. Overall 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

Love this resteraunt food is delish, fresh and staff is friendly, I love the shrimp fried rice it’s the best in town as well as the shrimp lo mein both are loaded with shrimp and tasty…… all the food is fresh and delicious the egg rolls are so good ! Best Chinese in town by far !! N
